By participating in the Ziara Student Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully

Eligibility

Program is open to university students who are currently enrolled in accredited institutions in Pakistan.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
You are required to provide valid and accurate information during sign-up, including your name, university or institution name, registration number, and contact details.
Ziara reserves the right to verify the accuracy of your information. Any falsified information may result in immediate disqualification from the program.

Each affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link upon approval by Ziara.
Affiliates must share this referral link with potential travelers (friends, family, or others) to ensure proper tracking and referral attribution.
Affiliates must submit referred guest details (full name, NIC number, and contact number) via the Referral Tracking Form to ensure that the referral is properly attributed to them.
All referrals must be submitted in a timely manner. Delays in submitting guest information may affect the commission eligibility.

Affiliates will earn a 5% commission for every successful booking made by a referred guest through the affiliate’s referral link.
A booking is considered successful when the referred guest has completed the full payment for the travel package.
Commissions will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis. If a referred guest cancels their booking or requests a refund, the commission will be forfeited.
Affiliates can track their earnings through the affiliate dashboard provided upon joining the program.

Commissions will be paid through bank transfer or mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Ziara will not be liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information.
If an affiliate’s payment information is incomplete or incorrect, Ziara will attempt to contact the affiliate. If the affiliate fails to correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe, the commission may be forfeited.

To ensure transparency, affiliates will be CC’d on all communications between Ziara and the referred guest regarding the booking process.
This ensures that affiliates remain informed about the status of their referred bookings and can track their commission eligibility.
Affiliates are not permitted to contact referred guests directly regarding the booking unless authorized by Ziara.

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to generating false referrals, misrepresenting guest information, or using unethical means to drive referrals, will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
Affiliates found to be violating the terms of the program will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Ziara reserves the right to audit affiliate activity and suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud, violation of terms, or inappropriate behavior.

Ziara will use the information provided in the Referral Tracking Form solely for the purpose of processing bookings and tracking commissions.
Ziara will not share personal data with any third parties without the explicit consent of the affiliate and referred guest, except where necessary to process bookings or as required by law.
Ziara complies with data protection laws in Pakistan, and affiliates’ and referred guests’ data will be stored securely and used responsibly.

Ziara reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program, including these terms and conditions, at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email. Continued participation in the program after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
If an affiliate disagrees with the changes, they may opt out of the program by notifying Ziara in writing, in which case any pending commissions will be paid out, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

In the event of any disputes regarding commissions, referral attribution, or other aspects of the program, affiliates agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting Ziara’s support team.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of Pakistan.
Ziara will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

Affiliates are responsible for promoting Ziara in a professional and ethical manner. Misleading or false claims about Ziara’s services are strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities comply with local laws, including regulations related to advertising and consumer protection.
Affiliates are not authorized to act on behalf of Ziara in any capacity other than referring potential customers through their referral link.

Ziara will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the affiliate’s participation in the program, except where such damages are a direct result of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Ziara.
Ziara’s total liability to any affiliate for any claim arising out of participation in the affiliate program will not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to the affiliate in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Ziara reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be processed in the next payout cycle, provided the affiliate remains eligible under the terms of the program.
Affiliates may also choose to terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice to Ziara. Any remaining commissions due will be paid, subject to eligibility.
