At Ziara.Co, we understand that travel plans can change, especially when planning an Umrah journey from Pakistan. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer you flexibility while ensuring that accommodations are efficiently managed for the benefit of all travelers and hotel partners.

Please note that each hotel has its own specific cancellation policy, which is independent of our platform. We recommend reviewing the hotel's cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.

Our platform does not influence or alter these hotel-specific policies. However, cancellations will incur a service charge of 3% if the booking was made with a credit or debit card, and 1% if the booking was made with cash.

In the case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to our hotel partners who have reserved your accommodation in anticipation of your stay.

Refunds

Kindly note that each hotel's refund policy is independent of our platform. However,refunds processed will include a service charge of 3% for credit or debit card transactions and 1% for cash transactions.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. For domestic credit card payments, refunds will take 7 to 15 days to appear in your account. For international credit card payments, refunds may take 15 to 30 days to be reflected in your account.
